Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university/college. Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree, Islamic Banking Certification, or related diploma.
- Age: Maximum 26 times( as of the last date of operation submission).
- Experience: Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant banking experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all branch operational affairs, ensuring regulatory compliance (KYC/AML).
- Oversee efficient product processing and deliver superior customer service.
- Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and Shariah standards.
- Facilitate timely account openings and review daily transactions for accuracy.
- Monitor and authorize daily financial transactions, ensuring authenticity.
- Manage cash vault operations and report any discrepancies.
- Supervise inward and outward clearing processes and assist team members.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive records and ensure timely completion of all processes.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Address audit requirements and implement corrective measures.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of branch operations and SBP regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
