- Weight: As per the prescribed standards.
- Vision: Candidates must have typical vision (no color blindness).
Nationality:
- Pakistani citizens, including those in Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan.
- Dual nationality holders must surrender their second nationality before joining the Pakistan Army.

The selection process includes the following stages:

Written Test:
- Candidates will have to appear in a written test based on their chosen engineering discipline. These test will cover Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English.
Physical Test:
- Physical fitness tests will include running, push-ups, and sit-ups as part of the initial selection process.
Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at the Army Selection and Recruitment Centers (AS&RCs).
Medical Examination:
- Selected candidates will undergo a medical examination at designated military hospitals to ensure they meet the Army's physical and medical standards.
Final Selection:
- Based on performance in the written test, physical test, interview, and medical examination, candidates will be finally selected for the 37th Technical Cadet Course (TCC).

The Technical Cadet Course (TCC) is a five-year course at the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), EME College Campus.
During the course, candidates will receive engineering training along with military training, leading to a Regular Commission in the Pakistan Army as Engineers or Signals Officers.
Upon completion of the TCC, candidates will be commissioned as officers in the Pakistan Army, where they will serve as engineering officers in their respective fields.
