Available Positions and Job Descriptions:
Senior Legal Advisor (1 Position)
- Qualification: Minimum of 16 years of education in law from an HEC-recognized institution. Specialization in Petroleum Laws, Policy, and Contracts is preferred.
- Experience: At least 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience in the upstream petroleum sector, working with law firms, major industrial groups, or government/corporate/semi-autonomous bodies. Candidates should have strong knowledge of the legal framework in Pakistan's upstream petroleum sector, especially post the 18th Amendment in the Constitution. Experience in international arbitration is a plus.
- Age Limit: Maximum 60 years.
Legal Advisor (1 Position)
- Qualification: Minimum of 16 years of education in law from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the upstream petroleum sector. Strong understanding of legal frameworks, petroleum rules, and policies is necessary.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
Junior Legal Advisor (2 Positions)
- Qualification: Minimum of 16 years of education in law from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in the upstream petroleum sector.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
Senior Expert Production (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in upstream oil and gas production, with a deep understanding of production systems and processes.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
Expert Production (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector, particularly in production and operations.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Expert Concessions (2 Positions)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience working on petroleum concessions, agreements, and policies in the upstream petroleum sector.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Senior Expert Exploration (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Geophysics, Geology, or any related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in petroleum exploration, including technical expertise in geological surveys, exploration operations, and data analysis.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
Expert Exploration (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Geology/Geophysics or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in petroleum exploration, including hands-on experience with geological mapping, data analysis, and exploration technology.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Finance & Accounts Specialist (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and budgeting within the upstream oil and gas sector or similar industries.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
Petroleum Economist (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Economics, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in economic analysis within the petroleum sector, with a focus on market analysis, pricing strategies, and economic evaluations.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
Talent & HRM Assistant (1 Position)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the energy sector or a large corporate organization.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Remuneration:
- Senior Legal Advisor: Rs. 1,200,000 – Rs. 1,500,000 per month
- Legal Advisor: Rs. 600,000 per month
- Junior Legal Advisor: Rs. 400,000 per month
- Technical Experts (e.g., Expert Production, Expert Exploration, etc.): Rs. 400,000 – Rs. 600,000 per month
- Petroleum Economist: Rs. 600,000 per month
- Talent & HRM Assistant: Rs. 300,000 per month
Contract Terms:
- Initial Contract: The contract will initially be for two years, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational requirements.
